Infringing Content

  • Create logos that infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other IP rights
  • Copy or closely mimic existing protected designs

Harmful Content

  • Generate hateful, discriminatory, or abusive content
  • Create logos for deceptive or scam businesses
  • Generate content that harasses or defames

Technical Abuse

  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
  • Automate access without permission
  • Scrape or bulk-download content
  • Overwhelm servers with excessive requests

Account Abuse

  • Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
  • Buy/sell accounts or tokens
  • Share credentials with unauthorized users

2. Enforcement

We may:

  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Delete content
  • Forfeit your tokens and balance
  • Pursue legal action for serious violations
