1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using sibl.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

sibl.ai provides:

  • An AI-powered logo generator (currently our primary product)
  • Token-based system for feature usage
  • In-development website builder (future feature)

The service is provided "as-is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use sibl.ai
  • You're responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account
  • You agree not to share your credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • You must provide accurate information during registration

4. Token System & Payments

  • Tokens are a virtual currency used to generate logos
  • Tokens are non-refundable once purchased
  • Token prices and generation costs may change with notice
  • Unused tokens do not expire
  • Payments are processed through Stripe and subject to their terms
  • We don't store your payment card details; Stripe does

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use sibl.ai for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Generate logos for deceptive, hateful, or infringing uses
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
  • Scrape or automate access without permission
  • Violate anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Use multiple accounts to bypass restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your generated logos: You own logos you create using our tool, provided they don't infringe third-party rights
  • sibl.ai service: We retain all rights to the platform, AI model, and features
  • You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our technology

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • sibl.ai is provided "as-is" without warranties
  • We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
  • We're not responsible for third-party links or services

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from:

  • Your use of sibl.ai
  • Content you generate or upload
  • Your violation of these terms or applicable laws

9. Termination

We may terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in illegal activity
  • Abuse the service

You may delete your account anytime. Upon termination, your unused tokens remain in your account until reactivation or legal requirements dictate otherwise.

10. Privacy

Your use of sibl.ai is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be governed by the laws applicable to the service operator's jurisdiction. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of sibl.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
